Within Ireland and Northern Ireland delivery charges for orders costing: €1 - €25 = €3.50, €26 - €50 = €5.50, €51 - €75 = €6.50, €76- €100 = €8.50 Delivery is free on all orders over 100Euro.
To UK and Europe delivery charges for orders costing: €1 - €25 = €6.50, €25.01 - €50 = €10.50, €50.01 - €75 = €13.50, €75.01 - €100 = €16.00, €100.01+ €150 = €19, €150+ = €28. Rarely if some products are oversized we may charge extra cost.
To USA delivery charges for orders costing: €1 - €25 = €8.50, €25.01 - €50 = €15.50, €50.01 - €75 = €24.50, €75.01 - €100 = €28, €100.01 - €150 = €34.50, €150+ = €38. Rarely if some products are oversized we may charge extra cost.
Rest of the World customers will be notified in writing separately of the appropriate charges for shipping and charged accordingly. Globe Baby is not liable for any import duty for international orders.
Delivery within Ireland and Northern Ireland takes up to 2-3 working days. Deliveries to UK and Europe take 5-9 working days, international deliveries may take 7-14 working days.
However we cannot be liable for delays if any product is out of stock. In this case we will inform you by email and ask your preferences: to get an order either part-shipped, or to wait when product which is out of stock will arrive to our shop (usually it may take 1-2 weeks)
For security all credit card transactions are handled via a secure server and processed by PayPal. Globe Baby have no access to your credit card details. We also accept payment by bank transfer (contact us for details).
You have a statutory right to return (at your cost) a product up to 14 days after your order has been delivered. Returned products must be in its unused and perfect condition with the tags on including packaging, unworn and unwashed. If the product is faulty we will refund the cost of postage. Where products are exchanged, we will apply the cost of postage. The return address is: Globe Baby Ltd, Walshestown, Ovens, Co.Cork, Ireland.
Important Note: Once order have been shipped, the postal service or courier is responsible for delivery. In the case of lost parcel we will forward all information (receipt / certificate) on request to the post office, along with all relevant PayPal or other payment details to help you. Usually we provide order tracking number to customer on request.
